Visual Metadata Builder
Give an image its machine-readable description: an ImageObject block, an alt-text pattern built from your own words, and a checklist of what multimodal search still needs. It never fetches or looks at your image. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use this
- Read the suggested alt text out loud before you ship it. If it sounds like a keyword list, rewrite it in your own words.
- Keep the filename descriptive. A filename of gate-valve-installed.jpg tells a machine more than IMG_4821.jpg.
- Put the image near the text that explains it. Surrounding context is what most engines use to understand an image.
- Add the ImageObject block to the page that carries the image, not to a separate asset page.
What this tool cannot do
- It never fetches or inspects your image. It formats the description you supply.
- It cannot tell whether an image will be understood, matched or reused by any engine.
- It cannot confirm that your alt text is accurate. Accuracy is your responsibility, and accessibility depends on it.
Questions
Does this write my alt text for me?
It assembles a suggestion from the words you type, and you should always read it back and rewrite anything that sounds unnatural. Alt text is an accessibility feature first, so a human check is not optional.
Does the tool look at my image?
No. It has no image analysis and no access to your file. Everything it shows is built from your text input.
Is ImageObject markup required?
No. It is optional and it helps only when the image is genuinely part of the page content. It will not make an unrelated image relevant.
Does it store my inputs?
No. The blocks are assembled in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Built and maintained by the same team that publishes this site. It formats metadata from your input. It does not promise rankings, rich results or citations.
