Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging Lakora ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Our services
We provide consultancy in B2B web design, search engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the applicable proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late amounts may attract interest to the extent permitted by law.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to systems and content, and to hold the rights needed for any material you supply.
5. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you on full payment. Our pre-existing tools, methods and know-how remain ours. This website and its content are our property or used with permission.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the engagement.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Search and AI platforms are operated by third parties and change frequently; we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations or revenue outcomes. Except as required by law, all other warranties are excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement on written notice. You remain liable for fees for work properly performed up to the date of termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local rule applies to you.
