Answer Block Builder
Turn a question you answer well into a block that is easy to read and easy to quote: a short answer first, then the supporting facts, then optional FAQ markup. Everything is built in your browser.
Answer-first paragraph
FAQ block (visible)
FAQPage JSON-LD (optional)
Add this only if the question and answer above are visible on the page. Markup that describes content a reader cannot see does not belong in your page.
How to place the block
- Put the answer-first paragraph directly under the heading that asks the question, so the first thing a reader or a retrieval agent sees is the answer.
- Keep the facts as bullets. Bullets survive extraction better than a long paragraph.
- Name your sources in the text. Unattributed claims are the ones engines avoid quoting.
- Add the JSON-LD only alongside the visible block, then validate the deployed page with Google's Rich Results Test.
What this tool cannot do
- It cannot write your answer for you, and it will not invent facts to fill a gap.
- It cannot see whether an engine cites the block, and it does not measure anything.
- It cannot guarantee rich results. Valid markup removes ambiguity, nothing more.
Questions
Is the FAQ block the same as FAQ schema?
No. The block is human-visible markup you paste into the page. FAQPage JSON-LD is the machine-readable description of it, and it should only be added when the same question and answer are visible to readers.
Will using this get my page cited by an AI engine?
No tool can promise that. What helps is a specific, verifiable answer on a page the crawler is allowed to read. This builder only formats what you already know.
Do I have to use bullets?
They are optional, but they help. Short, separate statements are easier to quote accurately than a paragraph that mixes several claims together.
Does it store my text?
No. The block is assembled in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Built and maintained by the same team that publishes this site. It formats your own answer. It does not promise rankings, rich results or citations.
